A love letter to the timeless ritual of afternoon tea, reimagined through the lens of literature.

Chapter One: The Starter

The Sorcerer’s Scone

Inspired by Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone -  J.K. Rowling

A golden scone baked with a touch of enchantment – warm, buttery, and ready for a spell of jam and cream.


Basket Jam

Inspired by Little Red Riding Hood - The Brothers Grimm

A house-made jam brimming with woodland berries. Bright, sweet, and a little wild, just like the path through the forest to Grandma’s house.


Devonshire Charm Cream

Inspired by classic English fairytales

Rich, thick clotted cream with an old-world charm – smooth as a well-kept secret, and best enjoyed with jam and a touch of mischief. 


Chapter two: The Soup Course

The Scarlet Spoon

Inspired by The Scarlet Letter – Nathaniel Hawthorne

A richly roasted tomato soup with a subtle ember of spice – bold, comforting, and unapologetic.


Chapter three: the Salad Course

The Green Gatsby

Inspired by the Great Gatsby - F. Scott Fitzgerald

A shimmering mix of greens, pears, feta cheese, and candied pecans with champagne vinaigrette – fresh, refined, and just a little decadent.


Chapter four: The lower Tower

Mr. Darcy’s Cucumber Sandwiches

Inspired by Pride and Prejudice  - Jane Austen

Delicate cucumber and herbed cream cheese on soft bread – crisp, composed, and quietly irresistible, much like the man himself.


The White Rabbit’s Egg Salad Sandwiches

Inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland – Lewis Carroll

Fluffy egg salad kissed with a whisper of thyme to help make sure you are never late for a very important tea.


Pickwickian Picnic Sandwiches 

Inspired by The Pickwick Papers – Charles Dickens

Tender chicken salad with crisp grapes and toasted walnuts, lightly dressed and served on soft bread – cheerful, welcoming, and perfect for a genteel countryside picnic.

The Shire Quiche 

Inspired by The Lord of the Rings – J.R.R. Tolkien

A golden crust filled with garden vegetables, herbs, and a touch of cheese – hearty, wholesome, and fit for a feast in Hobbiton.


Baker Street Hand Pies

Inspired by the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes – Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

Flaky, golden hand pies filled with savory spiced mystery.


Mary’s Garden Toasts

Inspired by the Secret Garden - Frances Hodgson Burnett

Peas, mint, and lemon whipped ricotta atop golden toasts garnished with edible flower petals and greens plucked from the garden.

The Nightlock Tart

Inspired by the Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins

A delicate medley of dark berries nestled in a buttery crust topped with a fire kissed meringue – sweet rebellion beneath a polished surface.


Queen's Tea Cake

Inspired by the Bridgerton Series - Julia Quinn

Delicate Earl Grey cake with silky honey buttercream - gossip never tasted so sweet.


The White Witch’s Winter Lemon Bar

Inspired by the Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis

A silken lemon bar crowned with sugared snow- bright, cold, and temptingly sweet, like a spell you can taste.


Starfall Brownies

Inspired by A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

A rich dark chocolate brownie dusted with starlight sugar and crowned with shimmering flakes – decadent and dark as the Night Court sky.

Profile: White and green tea with sun-orange liquor, sugared vegetal flavors and a soft fruity aroma.

Rider’s Flame 

Profile: Hearty herbal tea with a smoky undertone and a toasted nut finish.

Description: Bold and smoldering with a touch of danger. The heat of dragonfire mixed with the strength of a rider’s heart.


Circus of Stars
